The Qatar Canadian School is a school for children of Canadians living and working in Qatar junior kindergarten to grade nine. The school was opened in Doha in September 2006. Initially it was located in a villa near Al-Markiya Roundabout. In its first year the school offered kindergarten to grade 8 following the Alberta curriculum. The first complement of staff consisted of seven teachers and one administrator. In January 2009, the school relocated to to a residential area near Landmark Mall.
